75 minutes | $25 | typically the 2nd Friday of the Month
Learn how to meditate by practicing with others; the Group Sit encourages your individual practice as you draw on the supportive field of consciousness.  The practice of silence in the quiet company of others is beautifully uncomplicated.   

60-minute Mindfulness Meditation practice
followed by a talk on various Mindfulness + Meditation topics,
such as:
