It turns out that less is not more with Mindfulness Meditation, more is more.
More Meditation on-the-cushion is better for your body and mind off-the-cushion.

At this time, I'm taking a few weeks off over the summer to settle into a new fabulous home and community in Greenville, South Carolina and to travel to Vermont with my boys. 

Toward the end of the summer, I will begin FaceTime/Skype Sits with current clients.
