Gena is an advocate of daily practice so that whether you are a beginning or more experienced sitter, sitting with Gena in the quiet company of others in this weekly Mindfulness Meditation supports you in strengthening your solo practice.

A 4-Hour Sit allows you to lean into your practice, to trust the process of the quiet, and to experience your willingness to sit strengthen. We gather, we sit, we break; repeating this process together. Gena guides you through to orient and awaken your mind and your body for the practice. Gena is an advocate of daily practice and this kind of sit supports you in establishing a daily practice and/or encourages you to keep on sitting daily. Deepen your regular, ongoing sitting practice with this half-day of Mindfulness Meditation.
